SERVICE ORDER FORMS

The Utah Valley Convention Center provides excellent in-house exhibitor services for events with exhibitors. Exhibitors can order the necessary power, equipment, internet, or other items directly through our Exhibitor Services manager. Those items are then ready at their assigned booth when the exhibitor arrives to set up.

All exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Services packet from the event organizer which will outline the event schedule as well as what equipment is included with their registration. However, exhibitors can also view pricing and order the necessary services for the event they are attending by clicking HERE. Items can be ordered on site on during move-in, however higher day-of prices will apply.

Exhibitor FAQs

When can I set up my booth?

Move-in and move-out times are determined by the Event Organizer. See your event contact or the front page of your Exhibitor Services packet.

How can I deliver materials to the facility or arrange for materials to be shipped after the event?

We utilize a third-party material-handling company for these services. See your vendor information packet from your Event Organizer for more information and forms to order this service.

Can I serve samples at my booth?

Yes. Samples of 2 oz. or less in size are permitted with submission of F&B Request form. 

Are carts provided for move-in?

Yes. A limited number of carts are available for exhibitor move-in. However, we recommend bringing your own to guarantee you will not have to wait for one. Pallet jacks must be reserved prior to event day by submitting a Furniture & Equipment order form.
