The Utah Valley Convention Center is committed to providing a comfortable experience to all attendees through our facility design and service.
- All facility entrances are wheelchair accessible. The two north entrances are street-level. The south entrance is accessible via ramp. All three are equipped with automatic sliding glass doors.
- A limited number of disability parking stalls are in our attached parking lot. More are located in nearby off-site parking locations.
- There are four public elevators. The south two elevators access levels 1, 1M, 2, and 3. The north two elevators access levels 1 and 2. There are also escalators from level 1 to level 2 and from level 2 to level 3.
- All public restrooms are ADA compliant.
- Service dogs trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability, are permitted. Pets are not allowed.
- There are a limited number of wheelchairs available for on-site attendee use. A valid form of identification is required to be left as collateral.
- UVCC Staff can arrange for ASL interpretation for an event upon request by of the Event Organizer. Attendees needing this accommodation should contact their Event Organizer directly.
- Stages can be equipped with an ADA-compliant ramp upon Event Organizer’s request. Please submit request to your UVCC Event Manager at least (2) weeks prior to event day.
- If you are attending an event in our facility and have any accommodation requests, contact your Event Organizer directly.
- If you are an Event Organizer and need assistance meeting your attendees’ needs, contact your UVCC Event Manager.
