Facility Facts

• The UVCC is owned by Utah County and operated by OVG360.
• The UVCC was completed in 2012. The facility underwent a significant renovation in 2022.
• The Center provides in-house Food and Beverage, Bar, Audio Visual, Electrical, and Decorating services. Free public wi-fi is also offered.
• The Provo Marriott Hotel and Hyatt Place Provo are located across the street.
• Downtown Provo has approximately 70 restaurants of various ethnicities and types.
• The Provo/Orem metro area is home to Brigham Young University (34,000 students) Utah Valley University (44,000 students).
• The elevation of Provo is 4,551 feet.

Green Initiatives

The Utah Valley Convention Center was constructed as the first complete LEED convention facility in Utah. Created in 1998, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) is a set of rating systems for facility design, construction, cooperation, and maintenance, and is intended to help building owners and operators be environmentally responsible and use resources efficiently.
