A member of the Sales and Marketing team, an Event Sales Manager books events for the venue through a strategic sales program. Supports the management of an account base and works with clients on rates and terms of the space agreement and conveys that information to all internal departments. This individual will focus on corporate accounts.
A Banquet Server is responsible for attending to all food and beverage needs for our guest. Servers will work several different types of events, including buffets, served meals, buffet receptions, served cocktail parties, weddings, and other types of events. The convention center will be open for business during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours.
Facility Security Attendants are responsible for shipping and receiving items within the Utah Valley Convention Center along with the prevention, detection and reporting of safety concerns on UVCC property; assists staff, clients and visitors to the facility.
The Prep Cook is responsible for food prep, cooking, and cleaning the kitchen and dishes. Clean, cut, or peel foods to prepare them for cooking and arranging on serving dishes. Kitchen employees follow directions from the executive chef.
