An individual in this position books events for the venue through a strategic sales program.
Performs a variety of tasks related to custodial and cleaning services before an event, during an event, and after an event.
Responsible for food prep, cooking, and cleaning kitchen and dishes. Clean, cut, or peel foods to prepare them for cooking and arranging on serving dishes.
