Diagrams of the convention center floor plan are available below for download. To ensure proper spacing for each event, our Event Managers create custom, detailed diagrams for each event. Listed capacities do not take into account spacing for staging, audiovisual equipment, food service tables, etc., as these needs vary per event. The Utah Valley Convention Center provides flexible layouts for all types of gatherings. 

Level 1 - Exhibit Hall Level

Overview: The nearly 20,000 sq.ft. Exhibit Hall on the first floor is a prime location to host trade shows, consumer shows, banquets, and general sessions. This carpeted versatile space is divisible in half or in thirds and can be outfitted to meet your event needs, however simple or extensive they may be. The convention center floor plan ensures optimal space utilization for a seamless experience. 

Level 2 - Ballroom Level

Overview: The second floor houses our elegant, modern ballroom, the largest of its kind in Utah Valley Convention Center and is also divisible in thirds. Whether you are hosting a banquet for 1,000 guests or a dance competition for 500, this prime space will add class to any event. Many Utah Valley Convention Center events take place in this beautifully designed ballroom.

Level 3 - Meeting Room Level

Overview: The third-floor meeting rooms consist of the versatile Cascade rooms as well as five smaller meeting rooms and the rooftop Timpanogos Terrace. This floor can house anything from a small board meeting, multiple 200-person breakout sessions, or outdoor receptions. With a well-structured convention center floor plan, this level offers adaptable solutions for various Utah Valley Convention Center events.
