The UVCC Culinary team is eager to adapt event menus for attendees with food allergies, however adequate notice is required. Attendees should make requests for allergy accommodations directly to the Event Organizer at least (2) weeks prior to the event. Event Organizers should include those requests in their final meal guarantee which is due (7) days prior to the event.
Whether you are looking to reach a certain price point or providing a unique dining experience for your attendees, our Culinary Services team is anxious to provide you with a custom menu that meets your needs. Contact your Sales or Event Manager for more information.
