The UVCC Culinary Services team is the exclusive Food and Beverage provider at the Utah Valley Convention Center. Our team is committed to provide you with an outstanding culinary experience.
We know how important audio visual components are to any event. Our Audio Visual technicians will work with you to ensure you have all you need for your event’s success. Whether you need a simple projector package or an extensive general session set, our team can assist.
Standard room sets with tables and chairs are included in the cost of event room rental. However, if you need additional equipment such as stage risers, dance floor, or other amenities, our staff can provide those at affordable per-event costs.
Our on-site Engineering team facilitates all electrical services for our events. Whether you need a 225A service or a charging station for your attendees’ devices, we are there to help.
Our facility provides free public Wi-Fi for all events. However, for events where attendees will utilize their devices as an integral part of the event, we can provide a boosted Wi-Fi event network. Wired internet lines are also available.
Rather than booking extra move-in time for a third party decorator, let our staff set your trade show booth or table packages at a reasonable per-event cost. Pipe and drape by the foot is also available.
