The Utah Valley Convention Center provides excellent in-house exhibitor services for events with exhibitors. Exhibitors can order the necessary power, equipment, internet, or other items directly through our Exhibitor Services manager. Those items are then ready at their assigned booth when the exhibitor arrives to set up.
All exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Services packet from the event organizer which will outline the event schedule as well as what equipment is included with their registration. exhibitors can also view pricing and order the necessary services for the event they are attending by clicking below. Items can be ordered on site on during move-in, however higher day-of prices will apply.

Yes. Samples of 2 oz. or less in size are permitted with submission of F&B Request form.Â
Yes. A limited number of carts are available for exhibitor move-in. However, we recommend bringing your own to guarantee you will not have to wait for one. Pallet jacks must be reserved prior to event day by submitting a Furniture & Equipment order form.

Our 19,620 sq ft space is completely flexible. Standard booth sizes are 10×10, 10×20, and 20×20, but custom configurations are accommodated. The entire hall can be divided into 2 or 3 separate sections, allowing multiple events simultaneously or large exhibitor installations. Your event organizer and our team will work with you to determine the best layout.Â
Yes. We offer basic pipe & drape booth shells in standard sizes through our Exhibitor Services Order Form. These provide a professional backdrop at an affordable price. See your Service Order Form for pricing and options. More elaborate custom setups can also be arranged through our professional decorating partners and in-house exhibitor services team.
Absolutely. Many exhibitors bring their own displays, pop-ups, and custom booths. Just let us know in advance so we can plan load-in logistics and provide appropriate floor space.
